Supported Independent Living

We're building something special in Melbourne's North. No homes available yet, but the waitlist is open. Be first in line when we launch.

No commitment. Just first-in-line status.

Getting started is simple

From first contact to your first session. Here's exactly what happens, and when.

  1. Day 1

    You reach out

Call us, email, or use our enquiry form. No referral needed. We respond within 24 hours, usually much faster.

  2. Day 1–3

    Free discovery call

We chat about your goals, your NDIS plan, and what great support actually looks like for you. Zero pressure. All questions welcome.

  3. Day 3–7

    We match your support worker

We carefully match you with a consistent worker based on your personality, goals, and schedule. Not just whoever's available.

  4. Day 5–10

    Paperwork done for you

Service agreements, NDIS portal submissions, compliance docs. We handle it. You sign once and we take care of the rest.

  5. Week 2

    Your first session

Your support begins. Your worker arrives on time. You have a direct line to our team for anything that comes up.

This is how we show up

Three things you'll notice from day one.

We show up.

On time. Every shift. No last-minute cancellations, no excuses. If something ever changes, you'll hear from us first, with plenty of notice.

Your goals. Our job.

We're here to help you get somewhere: build independence, try new things, and actually hit what's in your plan. Not just tick boxes and move on.

We're your support workers.

Not your babysitters. We treat you like an adult with goals and a life to live, because that's exactly what you are. Your support, your way.

Built in Melbourne's North.
For Melbourne's North.

Our story

We started this because we knew support could be done better.

Right Now Supports was founded right here in Melbourne's North. We kept seeing the same problem: big providers, call centres, workers who showed up once and never came back. Participants who deserved more than that.

We're a young, energetic team and that's deliberate. We're not set in our ways. We're here to build something different: support that's actually personal, actually consistent, and actually focused on what you want to achieve.

NDIS registered. Based in Broadmeadows. Serving Melbourne's North because this is our community too.

Questions we hear most

No. You can contact us directly as a participant, family member, or on behalf of someone you support. We'll guide you through everything from there. No referral, no gatekeeping.
We work with NDIA-managed and plan-managed participants. If you're self-managed, reach out and we'll confirm compatibility before you commit to anything.
That's our promise. Consistency matters in support. If anything ever changes, we'll tell you first with plenty of notice, and any backup worker is fully briefed on your plan.
Once we've had your initial consultation and sorted the paperwork, most participants start within 1–2 weeks. We know waiting feels like forever, so we move fast.
We're based in Broadmeadows and serve Melbourne's Northern suburbs, including Tullamarine, Glenroy, Craigieburn, and surrounding areas. Not sure if we cover your postcode? Just ask and we'll tell you straight away.
You always have a direct line to our team, not a call centre. We take every concern seriously and respond personally. We operate under NDIS Practice Standards with a formal complaints process. Learn more about our feedback process
