We started Right Now Supports because we saw a gap, and we knew we could fill it properly.

Why Right Now Supports exists

Right Now Supports was founded in Broadmeadows because we saw the same story playing out for too many NDIS participants. Long waits. Call centres. Workers who showed up once and never came back. Families left wondering what was actually happening. We knew there was a better way to do this, and we decided to build it.

We're not a massive organisation. We're a young, local team and that's exactly how we want it. Because when you're smaller, you're more accountable. You know your participants by name, not by file number. You actually care what happens.

What drives us

These aren't values on a wall. They're how we actually operate.

We show up.

On time. Every shift. Full stop. Reliability isn't something we talk about — it's something our participants experience every single visit. No last-minute cancellations, no excuses, no sending a different worker without warning. We know what inconsistency does to someone's day, their routine, their trust. So we treat showing up — punctually, prepared, and present — as non-negotiable. If anything ever changes, you'll hear from us first, with plenty of notice and a clear plan. That's the commitment.

Every person we support has something they're working towards — more independence, a new skill, a connection, a routine that actually works. Our job is to help you get there. That means reading your plan properly, asking the right questions, and measuring every shift against what actually matters to you. We're not here to tick boxes or fill hours. We're here to help you build a life that's genuinely yours — and we take that seriously every time we walk through your door.

We're your support workers.

Not your babysitters. Not your supervisors. Not a service you tolerate. We treat every person we support like the capable adult they are — someone with opinions, preferences, a sense of humour, and a life they're trying to live. We follow your lead. We ask before we assume. We adapt to how you want things done, not how it's easiest for us. Your support, your way, on your terms. That's not just a principle — it's how we show up every single day.
